To all my old and new followers, Welcome!

There has been a lot of changes in the past few months and a lot going on around the world.

I have noticed that a lot of people (professional chefs and fanatics) have been cooking at home during this COVID-19 and I love to see how food brings people together.


I know I have not been very active and this site needs more work, but don't worry! 
Now I'm dedicating 100% of my time to my catering business and let me tell you, I am so happy to be able to share my food knowledge with all of you!

Let's have some fun, ask questions, try to share what you have been cooking lately.


I will be more active on this blog and I just wanted to say hello and I hope you and your loved ones are doing well.
